Basic Chicken Marinade
This all-purpose chicken marinade is great for baked, sauteed or grilled chicken. It's simple to make and creates a super flavorful end product.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Kosher salt
- Ground black peppercorns
Instructions
- Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, mustard, and worcestershire in a mixing bowl. Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups. Chicken breasts (3-4 hours), chicken wings (4-6 hours).
