Beer and Garlic Marinade
Ingredients
- 12oz. can beer
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon lawrys seasoning salt
- enough meat tenderizer to cover surface of steaks
- 2 pounds of your favorite steak
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a large plastic ziplock bag, shake untill mixture covers steaks. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but not more than 16 hours. Discard marinade and cook steak to desired doneness.
