Beer and Garlic Marinade

Ingredients

  • 12oz. can beer
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon lawrys seasoning salt
  • enough meat tenderizer to cover surface of steaks
  • 2 pound of your favorite steak

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a large plastic ziplock bag, shake untill mixture covers steaks. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but not more than 16 hours. Discard marinade and cook steak to desired doneness.
