Cajun Pork Tenderloin Rub
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Rub tenderloin with oil. combine remaining ingredients and rub into loin well. Bake in a shallow pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
