Cornell Chicken Marinade

Grilled chicken recipes usually seem so similar, but Cornell Chicken Marinade is a welcome change from the routine. It's not your traditional Italian dressing marinade, and it has more infused flavor than a dry rub. This marinade actually originated at Cornell University (hence the name) and has remained a popular recipe there for over 50 years, so obviously it's delicious. If you want your chicken to be particularly flavorful, marinate it for a full 24 hours before grilling. The end result is definitely worth the extra forethought.
