Dry Rub for Ribs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs kosher salt
- 3 tbs black pepper
- 3 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried onion
- 1 crushed bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Rub onto both sides of ribs; wrap in butcher's paper or plastic wrap; let meat set for 2-3 hours minimum (at room temperature or in refrigerator).
