Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Sour Cream Gravy

"I had a small (about 2/12 pound) eye of round that isn’t usually a tender cut of meat. A slow cooker can make any roast fork tender though. I could not wait to try adding sour cream to the broth to make a gravy for this meat! I seared the salt and peppered roast on all sides in a frying pan with butter before putting it into the slow cooker with sauteed onions. I added garlic powder for flavor. The recipe for the gravy in on the post and when added to the roast it is perfection! "
