Air Fryer Bison Burgers

Ingredients
- 16 ounce Ground Bison
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 4 slice Cheese, For Optional Topping
- 4 Burger Buns

Thaw ground bison if necessary overnight.

Set air fryer temperature to 400 degrees.

In a medium to large bowl, season meat and mix other ingredients in with your hand.

Form into 4-5 medium sized patties.

Place burgers inside air fryer, but do not stack them or overlap. Set timer to 10 minutes.

Check that burgers are done and internal temperature reaches 145 (medium rare)-160 degrees (medium) and juices are clear, not red.
