They are gluten free and paleo approved tender chicken fillets smothered in a custom marinade, grilled to perfection. Chicken thighs work best for this kind of kebabs, as it is more favorable. If using chicken breasts, do not marinade more than 2 hours, as the lemon juice will toughen the meat."
