Mini Cheddar Meatloaves
"Mini cheddar meatloaves in a muffin tin will be your new favorite supper. Even if you don’t like meatloaf, these little guys will win you over. They are so fast and so delicious!"
Serves12 Mini Meatloaves
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 3 cup Milk
- 4 ounce Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, beat egg and milk. Add in oats and cheddar cheese.

Mix well and allow to stand 2 minutes. Add in onion, salt, and beef. Mix with your hands until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. This will be your topping.

Grease a 12 cup muffin tin. Divide beef mixture up evenly in the 12 cups.

Add about 1 tablespoon of topping onto each meat loaf. Add more if you have it left over…trust me you don’t want to leave any of it in the bowl.
