Taco Bowls Recipe

"Game Day is almost here! It is a HUGE deal in my house. This year like every year I am in charge of cooking all the goodies for the party. When I think of what to make for the BIG Game – it has to be easy to make, something I can make in volume, and it has to be easy to eat. These Taco Boats do just that. I cannot believe I have not made taco boats before. I did not just want a simple boat ( throwing random things in) I actually took some time and thought of everything going in – especially when it came to texture – there are tons of different textures ( crunchy red cabbage and soft avocado) really takes this recipe over the edge. Plus adding a splash of lime – YUM YUM YUM."
