    Barbecue Fish Bake (650 Watts)

    Ingredients

    • 500g fish fillets
    • 25g melted butter
    • 1 Tbs vinegar
    • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tbs lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
    • 1/2 tsp paprika

    Instructions

    Cut fish in to serving size pieces and arrange in a round pyrex dish. In a jug combine all ingredients except the potato chips and paprika. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Spoon this mixture over the fish and sprinkle with the potato chips. Cook on HIGH 5 - 6 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
