Chilli and Ginger Beef (700 Watts)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs oil
- 2 small leeks, sliced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 small red chillies, chopped
- 500g fillet steak, finely sliced
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tsps cornflour
- 2 Tbs water
Instructions
Combine oil with leeks, ginger, garlic and chillies in a large shallow dish, cover and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Add the steak and sauces, cover and cook on HIGH for about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in blended cornflour and water, cover and cook on HIGH for about 3 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens; stir occasionally.
