Curried Crab Dip (microwave) 700 Watts
Ingredients
- 15g butter
- 2 tsps curry powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 250g creamed cheese
- 3 tsps milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbs chopped parsley
- 250g can crabmeat
- 30g canned pimentos, drained and diced
Instructions
Combine butter, curry powder, onion, celery and pimentos in a medium bowl. Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables have softened, stirring twice. Add cream cheese. Cook on HIGH or until softened. Stir until well mixed. Stir in milk, lemon juice, crab and parsley. Spoon dip into a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks.
