Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cans chili peppers
- jalapenos, chpped
- 1 can pimentos, chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
Instructions
Put all in microwave on low, or use a fondue or chafing dish. Add milk to thin it out. I put chopped green pepper and chopped onion in a tiny bit of water in microwave to soften them, removing the water before adding to dip.
