Chocolate Plunge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1-8 oz semi-sweet or German sweet chocolate

Instructions

Microwave corn syrup and whipping cream on high for 90 seconds or until it comes to a boil. Stir in chocolate until it's melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit or cookies. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Here's a quick and easy chocolate sauce for chocolate lovers! It uses three ingredients and cooks up in maybe 2 minutes. This sauce would be great over ice cream! The author suggests it is great as a warm dip for fruit and cookies, but you could also pour it over a brownie!
