Chocolate Plunge
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1-8 oz semi-sweet or German sweet chocolate
Instructions
Microwave corn syrup and whipping cream on high for 90 seconds or until it comes to a boil. Stir in chocolate until it's melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit or cookies. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
