Rick's Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 can Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper (optional)
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Mix eggs, seasonings, catsup together and then mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Blend seasoning mix thoroughly with meat and then add bread crumbs and form meatballs — about 1 1/2-inch size. Makes about 10-12 depending on size.
- Cook in microwave 4 minutes and then turn over and cook another 4 minutes in microwave.
- Eat and enjoy. Freeze any extras and reheat in microwave as needed.
