    Spinach Con Queso Dip

    Ingredients

    • 1 regular size package Velveeta
    • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes and green chilis
    • 1 small can green chilis or jalapenos diced
    • 2 10-oz frozen boxes spinach

    Instructions

    Thaw spinach. Cut velveeta up into chunks, add rotel and chilis or jalapenos. Melt in microwave safe container. Add spinach, cook until spinach is warm. Serve with chips.
