Zippy Dipped Fish Fingers
Ingredients
- (700 watts)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 376g can crushed pineapple
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Put the onion and oil in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes, until clear. Stir in remaining ingredients, except the parsley. Cover and on HIGH 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir to blend evenly. Stir in the parsley and set aside while you cook the fish fingers. Serve the fingers whole or halved, dip them in, eat and enjoy.
