Hummus (chick Pea Dip)

Ingredients

  • 2 cup canned chick peas, drained or the same amount fresh cooked
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves mashed garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

Place chick peas, tahina, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin in food processor. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate. Just before serving sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
