Israeli Cous Cous
Ingredients
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup couscous
- 2 cup hot broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute the onion in the oil. Add the couscous and cook and stir a few minutes. Add the hot broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or more or until liquid is absorbed Season to taste. A nice change from barley or rice- with poultry or meat dishes
