Shanklish (lebanese Cheese Balls)

Ingredients

  • 12-oz Lebanese goat cheese "gibna arish" (or mix feta and chevre)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 3 Tbsp. minced mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Mix everything but the leaves and oil together in food processor or blender until thoroughly blended. Make bite-sized balls. Roll in the minced mint and chill until firm. Before serving, drizzle them with olive oil.
