Turkish Orzo Soup
Ingredients
- 10 cups beef broth
- 2 diced tomates
- 1/4 pound orzo
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring beef broth to a boil, add orzo. When the orzo is nearly done, add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper. When the orzo is fully done, serve with chopped parsley on top.
