Balsamic Glazed Venison
Ingredients
- single double
- 2T balsamic vinegar 1/4c.
- 2T olive oil 1/4c.
- 1T ketchup 2T
- 1 1/2t Worcestershire sauce 1T
- 1/2t salt 1t
- 1/2t fresh ground pepper 1t
Instructions
Mix glaze and apply to both sides of meat. Let sit 10 minutes before grilling.
