Bologna Soup
Ingredients
- 1 ring bologna, chopped
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 cup canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Instructions
Cook bologna in water for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
