"This Cauliflower Rice Burrito Bowl is a healthy delicious meal that's ready in under 30 minutes. It's also gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and vegan friendly. Cauliflower Rice is marinated in a Cumin Lime Dressing and topped off with sauteed peppers and onions, sliced chicken, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, guacamole, and garnished with a lime wedge. This recipe is inspired by the burrito bowls at Freebird's, but has been modified to make it easier to digest."
