Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cup sifted flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp flour

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and egg; beat until smooth. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix until moistened. Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour and fold into batter. Fill well-greased muffin pan 2/3 full with batter. Baker at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 15 muffins
