Butter Crepes

Butter Crepes are a very basic crepes recipe. You can easily treat your family to a French-inspired brunch with this crepe recipe. Make the batter an hour ahead of time, and then fry them up when you're ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, flour, milk, butter, and salt in a bowl; blend for 1 minute.
     
  2. Scrape down sides, then blend for another 15 seconds.
     
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
     
  4. Spray a crepe pan or small frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
     
  5. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and cook until the edges of the crepe are lightly crisped.
     
  6. Flip, and cook until very lightly browned.
