Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
6 servings. Heat butter and whipping cream in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle finished dish with parsley.
