Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter; 1 pint heavy cream; 1/4 cup ricotta; 1 tsp course black pepper; 1/4 cup coarsely grated Romano Cheese; 1/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese; 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Italian Parsley; 1 pound fettucini noodles.

Instructions

Melt butter Whisk in heavy cream. ricotta, and black pepper Bring to simmer. Whisk in cheeses and parsley Makes enough for 1 lb fettucini noodles. Serves 4-6.
