Fettucini Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sweetbutter
- 1 cup half and half (light cream)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 servings fettucini noodles
- 3 tblespoons salt
Instructions
Bring 3 quarts of water to rapid boil, While water is boiling mix Alfredo ingredients in bowl, Add salt to the boiling water, After water resumes a rapid boil add Fettucini noodles, Cook al-dente then drain noodles, Put Alfredo ingredients into the empty pot and cook on high flame until bubbling begins while stirring, Add noodles and stir until Alfredo sauce begins a rapid bubble, Serve immediately.
