Linguine in Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp pepper
- 16 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained
- 13 ounces clams, minced, drained
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parsley, fresh chopped
Instructions
Yield: 6 servings. Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well. Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese.
