White Clam Sauce for Pasta
Ingredients
- 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 cans chopped clams, undrained
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Pepper to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. Add clams, wine, parsley, and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt if necessary to taste.
