Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound capellini or angel hair pasta
- 1 large can (16 oz) Furmano's or Hunts whole tomatoes, crushed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon crushed basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Imported Romano Cheese
Instructions
- Cover the bottom of a medium saucepan with olive oil approximately 1/4 inch.
- Saute chopped onion, basil and oregano until onion is light golden brown.
- Add garlic and saute a minute or two, do not let garlic brown.
- Add crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper, and simmer 20-30 minutes until flavors cook through.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Serve with fresh grated Romano.
