Chicken Pasta Salad Italiano

Tender pasta, crisp and flavorful veggies, chicken and a quick flavorful dressing...this pasta salad recipe has it all. Refrigerated and cooled, beat the heat with this delicious summertime recipe that is perfect for dinner or a picnic.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
  • 2 can (4.5-ounces each) Swanson Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 3/4 cup fat free Italian salad dressing or reduced fat creamy Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Place the pasta, chicken, cucumber, tomato and peas in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
