- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
- 8 ounce fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained

In a saucepan over medium heat add butter and cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add garlic powder and salt and pepper. Stir in heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
