Creamy Mushroom Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 10 ounce chicken breast
- 18 ounce dried spaghetti
- 8 ounce cream of mushroom
- 2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ounce diced green bell pepper
- 1 ounce diced onion
- 4 ounce diced roasted red peppers
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup provolone cheese
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

In a casserole pan, combine all ingredients (except provolone) and mix well.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Top with provolone cheese and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve with crusty French bread and rich white wine.
