Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Freshly Ground Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Combine broth and seasonings in your Instant Pot and whisk together. Stir in the elbow macaroni.

  2. Place lid on Instant Pot and set to sealing. Cook on manual function on high pressure for 5 minutes. When done, do a quick release.
