Ingredients
- 4 pound pasta, mixed - wheels, bow ties, shells, to 5 pounds, cooked
- 1 pound Italian sausage, mild with fennel
- 2 sticks pepperoni, 1 ft sticks
- 1 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 pound provolone cheese, grated
- 6 pound Prego spaghetti sauce, 3-2pound jars
Instructions
Layer all ingredients in large aluminum turkey roasting pan. End with cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 400 degrees half an hour till hot through. Makes about 60 1/2 cup servings.
