Malaysian Pasta with Tuna
Ingredients
- 2-3 servings fettucine cooked till al dente
- 1 can (1858) tasty chile tuna
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bombay onion, shredded
- dash ground black paper
- chopped spring onion
- chopped coriander leaves
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- thin slices of cucumber
Instructions
Combine the chile tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and shredded onion in a mixing ball. Stir gently to combine. Ready for serve. Toss with pasta and garnish.
