Spiced Pumpkin Dessert Ravioli

"Fresh ravioli filled the spiced pureed pumpkin, served with a spiced creme anglaise to dip your pasta in. There is certainly nothing boring about this recipe!! Not your usual ravioli, but I promise you it works and it tastes absolutely amazing. The sweetness of the pumpkin and the crème angliaise with the fragrant spices just goes together so beautifully. Is pasta more of a savoury food? I am starting to convince myself that it really just depends on what you put with it. Maybe some things work better than others when it comes to dessert pasta. I mean, pumpkin ravioli is a classic and I have basically just done that in dessert form."
