- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cup milk
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- Cool whip for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium size bowl beat eggs.

Add the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and apple butter. Mix well.

Add milk.

Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.

Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until the center is set.

Allow to cool completely before slicing.
