Banana Split Cake (pie)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • juice of 1 1/2 medium size lemons
  • Grahm cracker crumbs for crust
  • 3 med just ripe bananas
  • 1 15.1/4 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 8 oz.s coolwhip
  • 1 C.chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

Make pie crust acording to package directions and press in a clear glass bowl (at least 2 qt size). Mix lemon ice box pie (condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolk) and pour over crust. Lay sliced bananas over top of pie filling, pineapple over top of bananas and cool whip over that. Finish with nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or over night.
