Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water or peach nectar
- 1 tablespoon emon juice
- 2 cup peeled sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick.
2. Add fruit and pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
3. For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk and butter.
4. Spread over fruit mixture and bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and tests done. Serve warm.
