Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crust (reduced Fat)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/4 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • cooking spray

Instructions

makes one 9" crust. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix the sugar and margarine. Add the egg white and continue mixing until blended. Add the crumbs and toss until well mixed. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Spread the crust mixture on the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes for pies to be baked with a filling or up to 20 minutes for cold filled pies.
