Chocolate Pecan Pie
What's even better than a piping hot pecan pie? A piping hot pecan CHOCOLATE pie!
Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
