Coconut Macaroon Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored. Add butter. Blend in flour and milk. Fold in coconut. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
