    Easy Cream Cheese Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
    • 1, 8 oz package softened cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 prepared pie shell: pastry or graham cracker
    • 1 can cherry, strawberry or blueberry pie filling

    Instructions

    Serves 6 to 8.. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Place mixture into prepared pie shell.Top with canned pie filling of choice and chill well. Note: some fresh blueberries, cut up strawberries or cherries may be folded into the pie cheese mixture if desired to correspond to the canned pie filling topping.
