Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar (separated into 2 half cups)
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 can (15-ounce) of peaches
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cream together eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt, flour, and milk.
- Pour into 9x11 slightly greased & floured baking dish.
- Pour peaches, 1 can at a time, over the cake batter (juice and all). Note: You might not need all of both cans, use as desired.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into cake part comes out clean (45 to 55 mins).
